Our Regional Community is stronger when the Region’s non profit and charitable communities work together efficiently and effectively. In the Richmond Region, the non profit community is just starting to understand cooperation and just starting to think about collaboration, SO, in an effort to take advantage of Richmond’s incredible capacity of caring and generosity, TWS has developed the Non Profit Capacity Building Initiative, designed to maximize the impact of Richmond’s Non Profit Community on the Region through the development of a comprehensive Richmond Regional Non Profit Strategic Plan, the institution of stricter operational guidelines and enforcement, the enhancement of overall administrative efficiency, the elimination of service duplication, and significantly increased organizational collaboration and coordination.
